Anne Higgins, M.D.

Dr. Ann Louise Higgins, a board certified anesthesiologist, joined the group in 2005. She is a lifelong resident of Bergen County. Dr. Higgins did her undergraduate work at Hood College, where she majored in Biology. She attended St. George's university school of medicine , Grenada West Indies. Dr. Higgins completed both Internal Medicine and Anesthesia residencies at Hackensack University Medical Center.

After completing her residencies she continued on a Hackensack University Medical Center as an attending physician and clinical instructor before moving to Montefilore Medical Center as assistant professor and ultimately assistant clinical director of anesthesia at the Weiler Hospital. During her tenure at Montefiiore Hospital she did a wide range of adult and pediatric same day procedures and was actively involved in resident education and operating room management.
